What disputes does our centre settle through mediation?
Our centre organizes mediation in accordance with the Federal Law dated 27 July 2010 No. 193-FZ On Alternative Procedure of Dispute Resolution with Participation of a Mediator (Mediation Procedure).
The Centre arranges mediation to settle a wide range of disputes, including:
- disputes arising out of any commercial contracts;
- corporate disputes;
- disputes arising out of labour relations, except collective labour disputes;
- disputes arising out of family relations.
Mediation clause recommended for inclusion into the contract
All disputes arising out of the present contract or in connection therewith shall be referred by the parties for settlement by mediation to Mediation Centre at Muranov, Chernyakov & Partners law firm of the city of Moscow, OOO (Centre) in compliance with the mediation rules being in effect in the said Centre as of the moment of such referral. If the mediation does not result in reaching agreement over all disputed issues, the dispute should be resolved in _________ [please indicate the appropriate court or arbitral tribunal, or indicate that the dispute may be referred to a court or an arbitral tribunal in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law].
